Terms of sale

These terms cover buying templates and LaunchFrame Unlimited memberships from LaunchFrame. The license covers how you can use them.

What you're buying

Digital files, sold as packs: Premiere Pro Motion Graphics templates (.mogrt), After Effects projects (.aep), video files and the free fonts they use. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Delivery

Your downloads appear right after checkout, and we email you the links. Download links last 24 hours and can be refreshed any time from your receipt email, or at your downloads page using the email you bought with.

Refunds

If a template doesn't work as described, or you bought the same thing twice by accident, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you in full. Because the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, we don't offer refunds for change-of-mind once files are downloaded, but we'll always try to make it right.

Refunded or disputed orders lose access to their download links.

LaunchFrame Unlimited (subscription)

LaunchFrame Unlimited is a membership. While it's active, you can download every template and pack in your library, including new packs as they're added. These points apply to memberships in place of the refund rules above.

• It renews automatically. Your membership renews at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly depending on your plan, and the card on file is charged until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime. Open your library, choose Manage billing and cancel in the billing portal. You won't be charged again.
• Access lasts to the end of the paid period. After you cancel, you can keep downloading until the period you've paid for ends.
• Refunds. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we'll refund that payment in full and end the membership. Renewal payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel before your next renewal at any time.
• Your downloads stay licensed. Everything you download while your membership is active stays licensed to you forever under the license, even after your membership ends.

Requirements

Templates need Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects 2023 or newer. Check the product page before you buy.

Liability

Templates are provided as is. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
