Privacy

When you buy, Stripe processes your payment. We receive your name, email address and what you bought. We never see or store your card details.

When you join the email list, we store your email address, where you signed up, and the wording you agreed to. You're only added after you click the confirmation link we email you. We use your address to send download links and occasional emails about new templates. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your information at hello@launchframe.io.

If you join LaunchFrame Unlimited, we store your email address, your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, your plan, its status and renewal date, and which files you download, so we can run your library. We use your address to send sign-in links and emails about your membership.

Members and pack buyers can sign in to the library with their email. Signing in sets two cookies for 30 days. One keeps you signed in: it holds your email address and an expiry date, signed so it can't be changed, and it's only used to sign you in. The other holds no personal information: it only tells this site's pages that you're signed in, and which packs you own, so they can show your library instead of prices. Signing out removes both.

We count visits without cookies: the page you viewed, the site that linked you here, campaign tags in the link, your country and your device type (phone, tablet or computer). We don't store your IP address. To count unique visitors, we keep a code made from your IP address and browser that changes every day, so it can't be used to recognize you later. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we don't count your visit at all.

When you buy, we tell Google Ads that a sale happened so we can see which ads work. We send a one-way scrambled code (a SHA-256 hash) of your email address with the time and amount, never the address itself, and Google matches it only to accounts that clicked one of our ads. We don't put Google's tracking code or cookies on this site.

We don't sell your information and we don't run advertising trackers on this site.

Who processes your information

• Stripe: payments, receipts and membership billing.
• Supabase: our order, membership and subscriber database, and secure file downloads.
• Netlify: hosting this website.
• Resend: sending download, sign-in and confirmation emails.

We keep order and membership records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax. You can ask us to delete your subscriber information at any time.
