A 4K video loop rendered on the GPU from our own shader code. The download has the 4K MP4 and a 4K still: a finished video, not an After Effects project.
About this loop
Big flat fields of electric blue, lilac and acid lime sweep in over black from the edges of the frame, like the layers of a screen print, and slide and turn as the loop plays. Every border between two fields is sprayed: each pixel picks up color from a random distance away, so the edges dissolve into wide bands of airbrushed, sandblasted grain. Bold and graphic, for music, intros and event screens, with a dark corner for a title.
Questions
How do they loop?
Every moving part repeats exactly every 20 seconds, so the last frame flows into the first with no jump. Place copies end to end on your timeline or set your player to loop.
Is there an After Effects project or a MOGRT?
No. These loops are rendered on the GPU from shader code, so each one comes as a finished 4K video and a 4K still, not an editable project. Grade, crop, speed up or blend them like any other footage.
What can I use them in?
Anything that plays an .mp4: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, OBS, ProPresenter, Resolume or a venue screen.
Will the gradients band?
The 4K files are about 40 Mbps H.264, and the film grain is rendered into every frame, which keeps the gradients smooth. Heavy re-compression, like a low-bitrate stream, can still band the smoothest areas; a touch of noise in your editor fixes it.
Can I buy one loop?
No. The eight loops are sold as one pack. They're also included in LaunchFrame Unlimited.
Can I use them in client work?
Yes. Use them in client projects, ads, events, livestreams and monetized video. You can't resell or share the files themselves.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email hello@launchframe.io within 14 days and I'll fix it or refund you.
